EPIC converted this empty office building into residential apartments. EPIC realised that there would be a strong demand by families for quality apartments at prices below the nearby trendier Tribeca and Soho locations. EPIC was the first developer that converted a loft office building into large apartments for sale to families. As a result, 100% of the apartments were sold prior to completion of construction. The retail and commercial elements of the building were retained.
